PROMO MECHANICS:
1. EEC customers will be given ONE (1) RAFFLE COUPON for every REMITTANCE, CARGO and every NT$500 WORTH OF GROCERY GOODS.
2. Customer must write legibly his/her NAME, ARC NUMBER, ADDRESS, CONTACT NUMBER on the Coupon and put his/her SIGNATURE. Detach the coupon from this portion (Promo Mechanics) and drop the raffle coupon in the designated drop boxes located at all EEC Service Station.
3. All prizes are to be claimed at your nearest EEC Service station.
4. Prizes are subject to tax and all subsequent and miscellaneous expenses of the prizes thereof shall be paid in full by the winner.
5. Prizes are not convertible to Cash.
6. Winner whose name is drawn more than once during the Raffle Draw shall be awarded the Prize with the Higher Value.
7. Prizes must be claimed within Sixty (60) days after the official announcement of Winners or after notification will be forfeited in favor of EEC.
8. Employees of EEC and its agents, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Raffle Promo.
9. Winners must present the following requirements in claiming their prizes: ORIGINAL ARC, PASSPORT OR TAIWAN I.D., and CLAIM STUB.
10. EEC holds the right to forfeit the prize if winners fail to present the claim stub and required identification. Or if the ARC, PASSPORT or TAIWAN I.D. presented does not match the NAME and ARC, PASSPORT OR TAIWAN I.D. written on the winning raffle coupon.
11. Unpaid and Free of Charge Boxes, Unpaid and Free Service Charge of Remittance, Unpaid, and Free of Charge Grocery Items are not eligible for a Raffle Coupon.
12. The raffle draw date (please refer to the table for raffle schedule) to be held at Zhongshan Service Station. Late submission of entries will be automatically disqualified.
